About The Position

Requirements
- Experience with SolarEdge, Tesla, Enphase, and LG Battery systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Competency in Megger testing and electrical testing procedures.
- Hands-on experience replacing inverters, optimizers, batteries, and solar modules.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and commissioning documentation.
- Current driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field.
- 1 year of Solar installation experience (Required).
- English proficiency (Required).
- Willingness to travel 100% (Required).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Perform insulation resistance testing (Megger) and other electrical diagnostics.
- Identify and rectify system performance, communication, and hardware issues.
- Replace and recommission faulty equipment, including SolarEdge optimizers, Inverters, Battery storage systems, and Solar modules/panels.
- Manage manufacturer warranty replacements (RMA process).
- Commission and recommission systems following repairs or equipment replacement.
- Complete service reports and ensure all work is carried out safely and to industry standards.
