At Flow, you'll work with world-class Waterjet, Laser, and Press Brake technologies while helping customers maximize performance, productivity, and uptime. No two days are the same—one week you might be installing a brand-new machine, the next you could be training customers, solving technical challenges, or supporting operations across North America.

Requirements

Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or similar industrial machinery
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to new environments
Valid driver's license and passport required

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake equipment
Provide hands-on technical support both on-site and remotely
Train customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted technical partner
Support machine performance through routine maintenance and service excellence
