Together, we don’t just solve technology challenges—we create opportunities for success. The Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the client’s copiers and printers. This is a field-based role. A full training program is available, and a company vehicle is provided. Mechanically inclined candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and computer systems.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet company vehicle eligibility requirements).

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Prior experience servicing office equipment such as copiers and printers; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP experience a plus.
  • An associate degree or higher in electronics or electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize equipment uptime by responding quickly and completing effective, efficient repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of copiers, printers, and related devices.
  • Diagnose technical issues using customer feedback, electronic data, and observations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service.
  • Partner with clients, sales teams, and internal staff to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Accurately complete service documentation, including parts usage, call closures, and meter readings.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Some travel is required.
