About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, service, and support advanced industrial packaging mechanical/electronic equipment at customer sites nationwide. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and nationwide travel, this role is a strong fit. This position is ideal for a highly motivated technician who embraces travel and is driven to earn next-level compensation by becoming the “go-to” expert.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude derived from training and practical application
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain advanced industrial packaging machinery
- Troubleshoot using hand tools, test equipment, and multimeters
- Provide on‑site and phone support to customers
- Train operators and assist with product demonstrations
- Work with engineering support team to resolve technical issues
- Build strong customer relationships
- Manage extensive, required travel (up to 100%): assignments typically last one to two weeks, and occasionally up to three.
