Performance maintenance and setup work on all Bevcorp products including, but not limited to, Capping, Filling, Seaming, and Blending machinery. Set up and adjust machines, in the field and in our Bevcorp facilities, to equipment specifications. Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) and electronically. Perform checks and setup of chucks and rolls. Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance. Install, commission, and set up Bevcorp products in customer facilities. Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines. Identify and articulate root cause problem statements while troubleshooting. Perform all duties in accordance with JBT safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality. Changeover and setup change parts running clearance and timing. Complete service reports timely. Provide training to customers and coworkers alike. Follow high quality assembly practices while performing job duties. Travel, sometimes nights and weekends, up to 100%, depending on location of team member residence. Schedule may fluctuate due to business need/priority, any change to schedule will be provided at least 2 weeks in advance. Complete safety initiatives as required within JBT expectations (BBSO's, Near Misses, etc.). Cross-training is an expectation and when applicable, provide training to customers and coworkers alike. When not traveling on a job, working and contributing to duties onsite at any Bevcorp facility is up to the managers discretion. Engage in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support our internal operations, led by the internal department leader. Complete safety initiatives as required within JBT expectations (BBSO's, Near Misses, etc.).
