The Field Service Technician will interface with relevant departments to gain a thorough understanding of NOV products and their safe operation, testing, calibration, and problem resolution. This role involves traveling to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair, and train customers on NOV products. Responsibilities include performing field upgrades of software and hardware, communicating field failures and feedback, and completing service documentation. The technician will also perform equipment inspections, provide training to other technicians, and prepare inspection reports. This role requires working at other NOV locations when needed and maintaining inspection equipment and calibration records.
