The Field Service Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of mobile work orders, including capturing all necessary details of work performed, diagnosing technical problems, and providing solutions. This role also involves interacting with customers to provide the highest level of service, managing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks, and identifying opportunities for additional revenue. The technician will also be responsible for daily processing of parts received and submitting all required business reporting documentation.
