The Field Service Technician for WAP Systems will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure that all equipment operates according to company and regulatory standards. The technician will work directly with customers and management to address any service needs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of gaming machines. This position requires extensive travel to sites, both within the State and outside of the country, to provide on-site support and resolve technical problems.
