Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1-3 years of equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related field such as maintenance, repair, or installation is preferred.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Identifying and diagnosing electro-mechanical problems with equipment, and performing installations and repairs.
Interacting directly with customers to understand concerns, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing the company positively through superior customer service.
Executing repairs efficiently and effectively, addressing analyzed situations promptly and professionally.
Performing scheduled maintenance tasks on equipment for contracted customers according to company policies and procedures, and proactively addressing necessary repairs.
Keeping track of parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
Ensuring the service van is properly maintained and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
Adhering to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer sites.
Performing any other duties as assigned or required to support the company's overall operations and objectives.
