Under minimal supervision, this role is responsible for on-site service, repair, and installation of company products across customer locations. The position supports a wide range of field activities, including system hardware, software, and network integration, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. Based out of our Newburyport, MA office, this role is best suited for candidates located in Northern Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire to effectively support regional customers and new equipment start-ups. The position requires 20–40% travel, including overnight, across New England, New York, and Eastern Canada.
