This position requires daily travel to locations in and around the Hebron area, including the airport. The role is responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction by installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the field, and providing customer training as required. The technician will document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work, order and install parts, and manage the repair parts cycle time. They will review logs for open issues, prepare formal reports to customers, and participate in Service Sales opportunities to promote revenue programs. Ensuring tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated is crucial, as is assessing product/equipment performance and recommending modifications. The role involves providing technical support to customers and other service professionals, and may include site surveys and pilot program service activities. A basic technical knowledge of the company’s Trace and X-Ray technologies is necessary. The position requires clear and concise business communication, establishing and maintaining relationships with senior FSEs and Product Managers, and controlling costs. Travel, overtime, and work outside of Monday-Friday may be required. Compliance with health, safety, environmental, and U.S. export control and security regulations is mandatory. Other duties as required.
