About The Position

Tradebe is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join its Northeast team in Berlin, Connecticut. The team provides wastewater treatment, bulk waste disposal, and recycling services at industrial and commercial sites. This hands-on role supports environmental services and sustainability initiatives. No prior experience is required; full training, safety gear, and support are provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and follow standard procedures and safety documentation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and on-call emergencies.
• Physical fitness and ability to wear full protective gear, including a full-face respirator.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and standing or walking throughout the day.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazardous waste cleanup, tank cleaning, and equipment decontamination.
• Safely enter and work in confined spaces while following all safety protocols.
• Operate heavy equipment; training is provided.
• Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Promptly report work-related incidents and safety concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
