About The Position

Parabit is experiencing continued growth as the industry leader in Security, Self Service and Customer Experience products and solutions supporting infrastructure globally. This position performs on-site and remote installation, repair and troubleshooting of low voltage and PC based systems, network connectivity and software to the financial, transportation, hospitality, retail, education, government, corporate, healthcare, and other many other industries.

Requirements

3 - 5 years' experience with Access control systems
3 - 5 years' experience with Analog and IP CCTV surveillance systems
3 - 5 years' experience with Alarm Systems
3 - 5 years' experience with PC based (Kiosks and Digital Signage) systems
Confident operation of power tools (drills, Sawzall, jig and chop saws, grinders, etc.) and mechanical equipment in a safe, responsible, and confident manner.
Professional and easy to understand verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Able to lift to 50 pounds in some instances.
Able to climb and work on a ladder.
Must pass: a NON-DOT Drug screening, Criminal and Credit Background Check and a Driver License Check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with Door Lock/Exit Hardware installation and replacement.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site and remote installation, repair and troubleshooting of low voltage and PC based systems, network connectivity and software.
Pull cable in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
Perform on-site and remote support in an organized, professional, and courteous manner.
Familiar with Door Lock/Exit Hardware installation and replacement.
