Requirements

Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical experience in field service, manufacturing, or related environment
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Experience with precision measuring equipment (CMM, vision systems, etc.) preferred
Experienced training, mentoring, or coaching technicians preferred

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and develop Field Service Technicians and trainees
Provide technical support (phone & on-site) for CMMs, vision systems, linear scales, and related equipment
Develop and implement training programs aligned with A2LA quality standards
Conduct field audits to ensure technician competency and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams to support technicians and customers
Coordinate and administer ongoing training programs
Maintain and distribute technical documentation and updates
Stay current on new products and training developments
