The Field Service Technician III is a senior‑level, customer‑facing role responsible for performing complex warranty and non‑warranty service and repairs on Milgard windows and doors in residential homes throughout an assigned territory. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem‑solving, and the ability to accurately diagnose issues, determine warranty applicability, and clearly communicate findings to both customers and internal partners. As a Level III technician, this position serves as a trusted expert in the field and may handle escalated or more technically challenging service needs.
