As a member of our award-winning Field Service team, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our award-winning games at our customer sites. In this Customer facing role you will perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications. Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing. Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status. Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order. Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards. Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner. Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs. Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures. Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity). Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition. Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning. Review customer issues with management, and technical lead as they arise.
