About The Position
Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Leland, NC. This role involves planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. Responsibilities include ensuring proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies at the work site, and timely completion of accurate job-related documentation. The position requires participation in a two-week training academy, with paid travel expenses and per diem provided. - Must attend a two-week training academy.
- Emergency Response / Travel required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.

- Drive operational efficiencies at the work site.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.
