About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Doral, FL to lead combatant command integration work. This role supports the development, integration, and improvement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud Solutions for a DoD Customer, with an emphasis on the betterment of AI & human teaming in targeting workflows across a combatant command enterprise. The candidate will assist in managing a multi-faceted, dynamic project at the leading edge of the operational AI initiative and serve as a local deputy for the Project Manager. The candidate should have experience successfully executing projects in a complex and uncertain environment and be proficient in collecting and curating information from various user bases to drive critical AI model improvements and user interface (UI) workflow enhancements, specifically to improve fires support and AI-enabled mission command development. The work is performed in a multidisciplinary team setting, with varying and competitive vendors, testing the candidate’s management skills and tactful cooperation. The candidate will act as a liaison to several lines of effort from Everforth ECS managed programs, delivering insights and revolutionary capabilities directly to US Military customers and Operational Forces both CONUS and OCONUS. The ideal candidate is decidedly self-motivated and enthusiastic about implementing and developing new technologies in a dynamic environment where initiative through outside-the-box thinking is valued and where deadlines are important to national security. The candidate will contribute to a critical pathfinder program for the Department of Defense (DoD) that is changing how intelligence is gathered, shared, integrated, and invigorated.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years project management or equivalent leadership experience
  • Military service experience with a focus on multi-INT workflows and fires support planning, with at least 1 year as a supervisor in a military intelligence related function
  • Excellent working knowledge with Information Management tools such as MS Office, PowerPoint, TEAMs, as well as Atlassian Jira and Confluence, etc
  • Demonstrated critical thinking / analysis, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to apply relationship management skills with senior level customers, including C-suite executives, Flag Officers, and SES types, translating complex, technical topics to all audiences
  • Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, or AI/ML platforms (e.g., Maven Smart System, GeoNav, CheeseWiz, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic solutions for alignment of people and practices in the interest of the end-users, displaying the ability to assess any delta between current and desired end-state, essential tasks required to reduce that gap, while developing optimal methods for leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Coordinate a diverse team of baseline users, technical, and subject matter experts in the execution of a variety of requirements supporting several projects delivering new and/or improved capabilities to the tactical edge in line with the strategic vision of this USG program.
  • Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance (Deliverables), Scope and Risk for several concurrent projects in the portfolio to deliver customer requirements.
  • Work directly with the Government team daily via hybrid work environments to define requirements, adjust to changing priorities, and adapt to strategic challenges that influence focus of effort. Have the skill and ability to operate in an Agile environment and to quickly respond to change rather than be tied to a rigid plan.
  • Interface with support functions including contracts, procurement, legal, logistics, and HR to execute program and project activities.
  • Coordinate with functional leads to acquire matrixed support to provide necessary skills for completion of project tasks and work packages while serving as a collaborative leader to project team members.
  • Ability to travel occasionally in support of project activities both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports for site activity covering ongoing efforts, leadership engagements, and distinguished visitor events. Provide weekly project updates to the Government Program Manager and Everforth ECS management team via VTC meetings during EST business hours.
  • Demonstrate and cultivate the agile values of courage, openness, respect, commitment and focus within your team. Successful application of these values reflects directly on program adoption.
  • Provide value in technical training to the entire range of possible users, from first-time to seasoned users. The applicant must be able to administer full-scope training from side-saddle, one-on-one, ad-hoc training up to large, classroom style group training.
