We're looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Field Service Representative to support the deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced commercial communications and emerging technologies in mission-critical environments. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll serve on the front lines, directly supporting end users and ensuring systems perform reliably under the most demanding tactical conditions. This role puts you at the intersection of technology and mission execution, enabling customers to fully leverage innovative communication tools in dynamic, often austere environments. This position is focused on OCONUS deployments across multiple areas of responsibility worldwide, supporting global operations for Ridgeline customers. Deployment rotations typically range between 70 and 90 days, with FSRs expected to deploy approximately 200 to 240 days annually. This is a high-tempo role built for professionals who thrive in the field.
