McKesson is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Post Acute Care customers across North Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma. This role involves partnering with local business owners and healthcare providers to help them navigate products, improve operational efficiencies, and maximize their partnership value with McKesson. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 7 year motor vehicle record check completed during pre-employment
  • Ability to travel 3 to 4 days per week throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled customer visits to assigned PAC customer locations throughout the territory.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer owners, operators, and key decision-makers.
  • Reinforce McKesson's value proposition and ensure customers are maximizing the benefits of their partnership.
  • Support new customer onboarding through training, presentations, and ongoing account support during implementation.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, formulary updates, and product conversion initiatives.
  • Support utilization management and formulary compliance efforts for customers operating under PPD pricing models.
  • Identify customer concerns, service gaps, and growth opportunities, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Promote and sell approved products and solutions, including equipment, housekeeping products, and special-order items.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and National Account Managers to execute strategic sales and customer retention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity records and communicate market feedback to internal teams.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $67,000 annually
  • Target sales incentive opportunity of $12,000 annually, paid on a quarterly basis
