Provide technical support to customers both remotely and at their facilities to include color changes, process changes and troubleshooting, color education and training and PPAP submit support at the OEMs. Follow the Field Service, Technology Department and the UCC Business Plan. Personally, be involved in Continuous Improvement and Safety. Support UCC philosophy focused on facilitating the growth of the organization, continually improving quality, and driving to a world class safety and environmental culture.
