About The Position

Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill a Field Service Representative II (FSR II) position in support of Marine Corps System Command (MCSC), Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) with a particular focus on the Precision, Navigation and Timing (PNT) portfolio. This role involves supporting logistics activities, field equipment deployment, and data analysis to aid decision-making. The FSR II will provide functional expertise in logistics, maintain program data, conduct research, and submit reports. A key aspect of the role is professional engagement with military customers to support integrated teams and process improvement, including attending meetings and tracking action items.

Requirements

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Must possess professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 – 3 years of relevant experience or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
  • System maintenance and integration experience.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English.
  • Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
  • Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication.
  • Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient using CMPro or comparable inventory management system.
  • Ground base electronics or PNT experience.
  • GCSS-MC experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Field equipment following protocols, regulations, and military standards.
  • Initiate the redistribution of USMC equipment utilizing GCSS-MC software.
  • Collect and analyze data and create reports in support of decision-making.
  • Provide functional expertise related to logistics in support of equipment and support equipment.
  • Maintain and document program data.
  • Conduct research and studies.
  • Report findings.
  • Update and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports.
  • Ensure all analysis and reporting adhere to relevant military standards, protocols, and security requirements.
  • Professionally engage with military customers to support Integrated Teams and process improvement.
  • Attend meetings, track action items, and support the development of documentation for delivery to the Government.
