About The Position

DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the operation and support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in a rapid development environment where aircraft progress from design, fabrication, assembly, and flight in a short period of time. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience providing subject matter expert support to operating customers. Field Service Representatives (FSR) at CONUS and OCONUS locations provide maintenance and support services for all the aircraft systems and serve as the link between deployed operating units and DZYNE. FSR support can range between twelve (12) hours per day, seven (7) days per week OCONUS and eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week CONUS. Supports forward deployed or training activities and operations Performs analysis of system operations and provides associated analysis reports or documentation back to the home office Completes hardware and accessory installation, software connectivity, technical issues, and equipment interconnectivity Performs testing, repairing, removing and replacing parts, loading software and firmware for systems, subsystems, equipment, and components Performs a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems Prepares and presents a wide variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager Provides advice and a wide variety of complex onsite training for customer support personnel

Requirements

  • Must meet minimum military health standards for worldwide deployment
  • DoD Secret security clearance or higher with a current background investigation
  • Must have a valid FAA Class 3 medical certificate (or able to meet standards)
  • A high degree of computer literacy: prior experience with software/hardware installation, knowledge of computer networking to include TCP/IP, Ethernet, and fiber optics.
  • Experience in avionics and electronics, including wire harness fabrication, basic soldering and understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and test procedures.
  • Experience in aircraft networks, various datalinks, Vortex, and SATCOM communications.
  • Experience with COMSEC equipment and procedures.
  • Active US Secret Security clearance required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous payload maintenance experience preferred; prior experience with WESCAM MX-15 desired.
