The Field Service Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining Teal's unmanned aerial systems (UAS), payloads, and supporting electronics. This position is primarily based in the office and repair facility, where the technician performs component-level troubleshooting, repairs, system testing, and quality verification. Approximately 40% of the role involves travel to customer locations to provide technical support, perform field diagnostics and repairs, conduct training, and assist with system integration and operational readiness activities. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, engineering, and internal service teams to ensure product reliability, mission readiness, and customer satisfaction across Teal's product portfolio. This role combines hands-on electronics repair and technical troubleshooting with customer-facing field support, providing a unique opportunity to directly impact product reliability, mission success, and customer satisfaction across Teal's growing UAS portfolio.
