About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for employees.
Facilitate classroom sessions and hands-on workshops to enhance learning.
Assess the training needs of employees and tailor programs accordingly.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for improvements.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training material is relevant and up-to-date.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into training.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants following training completion.
Night shift hours may be required- a 15% shift differential will be paid during those times.
Must be able to occasionally perform company paid for travel.
