About The Position

MSR-FSR is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Training Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the skill sets of our workforce and enhance operational efficiency through high-quality training programs. As a Technical Training Instructor, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials that are tailored to meet the needs of our diverse employee base. You will facilitate both classroom training and hands-on workshops, ensuring that participants grasp complex technical concepts with ease. Collaborating with various departments, you will identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training solutions that boost productivity and performance. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining training records and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for employees.
  • Facilitate classroom sessions and hands-on workshops to enhance learning.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training material is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into training.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants following training completion.
  • Night shift hours may be required- a 15% shift differential will be paid during those times.
  • Must be able to occasionally perform company paid for travel.
