This role is for a Technical specialist and primary customer support contact responsible for diagnosing and executing complex repairs to generators and components at customer sites. The position is with the Distribution Business in Avondale, AZ, and involves making an impact through various repair and customer engagement activities.

- Ability to utilize diagnostic tools
- Ability to maintain own tools
Responsibilities
- Completing repair activities on generators or components
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records of service
- Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
- Maintain own tools
