Responsibilities

• Lead the development and employment of the Installation department in pursuit of organizational goals while enhancing the customer's experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver quality service while adhering to company standards.
• Be the connecting file between Sales and the Installation department in order to ensure job requirements, equipment, parts lists, and notes are clear and concise for the installation technician to execute the project and/or assigned installation order.
• Ensure installers effectively educate homeowners on the installed systems within their homes.
• Hold team members accountable to provide quality workmanship, maintain clean job sites, and ensure all work meets proper codes.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ensuring your team maintains clean, organized, and well-maintained trucks and job sites.
• Coordinate technician development and support team members in enhancing their skills to achieve timely and quality installations.
• Conduct weekly interactive training meetings with the team, driving company initiatives to continually improve operations and service.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure team members follow all safety guidelines and work effectively in various climate conditions.
