About The Position

Allied Interior Solutions (AIS), a division of Allied Stone, Inc., is a leading provider of cabinets and countertops for the multifamily and single-family industries. Based in Desoto, Texas, AIS manufactures its cabinet products in the U.S.A. using advanced technology for efficient production and shorter lead times. With a team of designers, craftsmen, and cutting-edge technology, AIS ensures a seamless client experience and exceptional finished spaces. Due to significant growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Texas area to coordinate all aspects of single-family project installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years of construction experience
• Previous construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
• Conduct install inspections and QC inspections.
• Perform field measures.
• Drive box truck to make deliveries, and load/unload cabinets.
• Hire new sub-contractors.
• Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.
• Anticipate and resolve client issues.
• Attend client-mandated meetings as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and all AIS departments.
• Be highly visible on job sites.
