About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a highly-skilled, energetic, and collaborative Field Service Manager to oversee, guide, and scale the regional field service operation. This leadership position directly manages Field Service Coordinators and Technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of battery system installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and material handling. The role involves blending technical oversight with corporate management, acting as a quality control champion, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking departmental KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and determined to add value within a fast-paced organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated field services supervisory or management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully running an operational or technical service unit, retaining a high-quality team, and maintaining high safety standards.
  • Demonstrated history of customer retention, resource optimization, and process improvement within an industrial or technical service environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher with a strong academic background (3.0 GPA preferred) considered in conjunction with advanced experience.
  • Direct experience within the battery industry, stationary power, or commercial automotive/electrical field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing, guiding, and scaling the regional field service operation.
  • Directly managing Field Service Coordinator and Field Service Technician teams.
  • Ensuring battery system installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and material handling tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as a quality control champion.
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Tracking departmental KPIs.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company core values.
