About The Position

The Field Service Manager will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships to foster business expansion within the Kansas City area. This role involves uncovering the full potential of equipment, exploring new opportunities for gas acquisition, and driving growth. The Field Service Manager will lead a team of technicians, merging customer service with mentoring to cultivate excellence. The strategy includes broadening the client base and collaborating with colleagues across the US network to spark innovative business ideas and fulfill customer demands. This position requires the ability to work outside in various weather conditions and involves a substantial amount of time driving in a truck. Salesforce will be utilized for customer management, and upholding safety standards is paramount.

Requirements

  • Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain the OSHA 10 and 30 certification within 90 days
  • Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of employment
  • Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Non-CDL medical card and submit to random drug testing
  • Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
  • Be willing to work flexible hours
  • Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
  • Build and maintain client base.
  • Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
  • Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
  • Uphold Safety to Standards.
