About The Position
Staff Zone, a national leader in construction staffing and a nationally accredited woman-owned business, is seeking a passionate Field Service Manager to service clients and assist with sales functions. This role involves daily dispatch with the Branch Manager and is ideal for individuals with experience in face-to-face sales and customer service. Requirements
- Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus.
- Ability to upsell current business.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in sales, service, and business development.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintaining good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day).
- Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
- Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
- Assist with operations at the Branch.
- Report to branch daily for dispatch.
- Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required.
