About The Position

Coke Florida is looking for a Field Service Installer based out of our Ft. Myers location. This role involves working from 6:30 AM to Finish, Monday through Friday, with the understanding that flexibility is required and weekends and holidays may be necessary. As a Field Service Installer, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and relocating fountain equipment at customer locations, performing electrical and mechanical services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Understanding of major moving violations (leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, reckless driving) and minor moving violations (speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, improper lane changes) and how they affect eligibility.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of demonstrated mechanical, technical, construction OR plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs installations, removals, relocations, surveys, and basic service of fountain equipment.
• Performs electrical and mechanical services on fountain dispensing equipment.
• Maneuvers equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain equipment, including preventative maintenance.
• Maintains positive customer relationships.
• Prepares and installs equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains on-vehicle parts inventory and orders new supplies as needed.
• Completes required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts lists, electronic surveys, and work order close-outs.
• Provides quality customer service.
• Follows all Company/DOT vehicle policies, including those related to Smith-System, Geotab, and Lytx (Dashcams).
