As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide on-site technical and engineering support for Fluence battery energy storage systems (BESS), ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing operations. Acting as the technical expert in the field, you will be responsible for commissioning support, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, system upgrades, diagnostics, and repairs. You will work closely with customers, project teams, and remote technical support centers to identify and resolve complex system issues, optimize system performance, and minimize downtime. Through your technical expertise and commitment to safety, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the long-term success of our energy storage assets.
