About The Position

The Field Service Engineer will be the face of Phillips, based out of their residence and mastering the territory Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van. The daily responsibilities include engineering excellence: troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems, and bringing new, state-of-the-art machinery online through precision installations. Beyond the technical work, the role involves providing world-class customer service, building genuine, lasting relationships, and creating legendary value. A critical part of the role will be roadblock elimination: proactively seeking out and annihilating any obstacle that stands between our customers and peak productivity, thus ensuring long-term partnerships and securing future work for Phillips.

Requirements

Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong mechanical and electrical background.
Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region between Monday and Friday.
Ability to be the most knowledgeable service engineer in the industry.
Desire to continually learn each and every day.

Nice To Haves

Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree.
