The Materials and Structural Analysis Electron Microscopy (M&SA EM) business enables customers to find meaningful answers to questions that accelerate breakthrough discoveries and ultimately change the world. The M&SA EM business designs, manufactures, and supports the broadest range of high-performance microscopy workflows that provide images and answers in the micro-, nano-, and picometer scales. How will you make an impact? Combining hardware and software expertise in electron, ion, and light microscopy with deep application knowledge in the materials science, life sciences, electronics, and natural resources markets, the worldwide Electron Microscopy employees are dedicated to customers' pursuit of discovery and resolution to global challenges. Territory: This Field Service Engineer will primarily support customers in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area , with additional responsibility for customers throughout Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and the surrounding region . While the territory spans multiple states, Kansas City, MO is the preferred home base to ensure optimal support for local customers. The successful candidate should reside within the Kansas City area, ideally within one hour of a major airport, and be willing to travel up to 75% to support customer needs across the assigned territory.
