L3Harris is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform integration, test, installation and customer support, as well as performing necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of Recon systems. The position also includes testing and approval of operational quality of system equipment, instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system, serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters, interprets customers' needs and clarifies responsibility for problem resolution when the responsibility of the problem falls to Program Management or Business Development. Up to 30 days of continuous travel may be required.
