Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building automation, HVAC, or a technical field
• Skilled in hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment
• Comfortable working at heights above 8 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate (HVAC, Controls, related field)
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC/building automation system logic and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and wireless networking technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience with multiple building automation platforms and system integration
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain building automation and HVAC equipment at customer sites
• Perform daily service maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimizations
• Accurately complete all required administrative tasks and service reports
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers
• Interpret and work from technical diagrams, blueprints, and system documentation
• Uphold high safety standards and comply with company procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development initiatives
