This is a fully remote position for a Field Service Engineer in the state of Arizona, providing nationwide maintenance on various components of critical power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plants (Rectifiers), and Power-Distribution Units (PDU).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
Experience in reputed UPS manufacturers like Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyze, test, and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS).
Install, update, manage, and maintain software on UPS systems.
Diagnose and effect repairs to UPS systems.
Provide technical support, problem diagnosis, and resolution.
Communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.
