Field Service Engineer Italy
About The Position
Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Italy to join the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team. This role is fully remote and focuses on advancing future therapies from discovery to delivery. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment. They will also promote service contracts and identify opportunities for revenue generation, representing Cytiva to clients and managing stock and work orders at customer sites. The position is based in Italy, preferably in the Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions.
Requirements
- Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience troubleshooting
- English is required
- Ability to travel: 70 % travel and overnight stay within territory

- Previous experience in the Biopharma or Biotechnologies Industry
- Experience with Computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database
