Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Neko Health’s clinical scanning technology across US sites. You will support installation, maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and retrofits of instruments while ensuring operational uptime for clinical teams. Working closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams across the United States and Europe, you will act as a vital link between field performance insights and product development — helping drive continuous improvement in technology, processes, and service delivery. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive operational support to ensure a seamless clinical experience.
