About The Position

At Sartorius, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers keep essential laboratory equipment operating at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical partner, delivering installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services while building long-term customer relationships throughout the territory. This is a field-based position covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO or the surrounding areas. Territory: Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.

Requirements

Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification
2+ years proven field service experience including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
