This role is for a Customer Service Engineer II responsible for servicing CT/MR Imaging Equipment in the Chicago, IL area. The position involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. The engineer will also be responsible for delivering timely and effective repairs, providing operator training for optimal system performance, managing financial performance within their territory (revenue generation, expense control, inventory management), managing company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts), and establishing/maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers while accurately performing administrative duties.
