About The Position

The role of a Field Service Engineer focuses on managing field service operations, including performing onsite installations, control upgrades, software updates, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. The position requires leveraging technical expertise to diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues effectively with gas and steam turbine controls. This role requires up to 70% travel, which may be local or international and can include weekends and holidays. Travel expectations are higher during plant outages, and these are seasonal. Short notice travel can be expected for this role. When not in the field, the position reports to our Fort Collins, Colorado office.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Nice To Haves

• Control and Instrumentation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Gas and/or Steam turbine control systems is a plus.
• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Field Service Operations: Conduct onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment using current technologies.
