We're hiring a Field Service Engineer I – Healthcare Technology to support healthcare facilities throughout the Des Moines, IA, Minneapolis, MN, and Madison, WI regions. Requirements
- 2–4 years of technical, mechanical, or field service experience, or An associate degree or technical/trade school certification with 1+ year of technical experience (internships and apprenticeships welcome)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel regionally with up to 100% travel by air and vehicle
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized medical equipment
- Perform field modifications (recalls), upgrades, software updates, and warranty repairs
- Conduct equipment calibration, testing, and performance verification
- Document service activities using ServiceMax
- Provide professional on-site support while traveling throughout the region
