About The Position
Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.Assigns drivers and vehicles to assigned destination. Provides updates to customers on delivery status. Tracks driver assignments and other data in a computer database.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Candidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Track technician location to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignment
- Analyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data.
- Provide technical support to customers and call center personnel
- Dispatch FST based on retailer service requests
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Provide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
