About The Position

D2B Groups is seeking a reliable and organized Field Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching field service technicians to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, managing service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining effective communication. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Additional education is a plus
• Experience with dispatching software or systems preferred
