About The Position

Technical specialist and primary customer support contact to diagnose and execute complex repairs to engine products at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in (Avondale, AZ). We offer up to $9000 sign on bonus, relocation, competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products Maintain own tools

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain Dot Medical card
Knowledge of and ability to maintain DOT hours of service
Maintain MSHA and OSHA compliance
Technician will be working at customer sites in the Mining industry
Rotating shift with extended hours, nights and weekends
DOT - A current valid license is required for this role
This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations
This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
3 years driving experience
This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use
Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age
