Requirements

No prior work experience is required; entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in inventory management and transportation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Accurately count and verify vendor-owned inventory materials before transportation.
Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated job sites and warehouses.
Maintain detailed records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries.
Perform physical counts of vendor-owned materials with precision.
Load and unload inventory materials onto company vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
Utilize inventory management systems to track and update material quantities.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
Complete required documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory reports.
Follow established procedures for vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation regulations.
