About The Position

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service orders for the Ply Gem Canada, Kelowna branch. This role acts as a key point of contact between customers, field technicians, Client Managers, and internal teams to ensure service requests are scheduled efficiently and completed successfully. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Proficient with computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

• post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is an asset.
• Construction, field service, manufacturing, or window industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service orders, installations, repairs, and service appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure required information, materials, and equipment are available.
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and documentation.
• Track inventory and support equipment/material coordination for field service activities.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues while supporting operational priorities.
• Provide professional customer service through phone and email communication.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and support a safe work environment.
