About The Position

The role involves providing administrative support to Field Service management and personnel, coordinating customer ticketing, service documentation, and verification of completed work. The Field Service Analyst will also process and track expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation, and handle routine correspondence. Additionally, the role includes developing and analyzing information for reports and presentations, maintaining departmental records, supporting onboarding and training coordination, assisting with customer communications, and performing special projects. Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Four years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer technology to create documents, access databases, analyze information, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to establish priorities and effectively manage assigned work to achieve business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Field Service management and personnel
  • Coordinate customer ticketing, service documentation, and verification of completed work
  • Process and track expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Receive, review, and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures
  • Develop, compile, and analyze basic information for reports, presentations, and operational reviews
  • Maintain and organize departmental records, files, and databases
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and documentation management for field personnel
  • Assist with customer communications and ensure timely follow-up on administrative requests
  • Partner with field personnel, management, and other departments to support daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Follow all safety policies and companywide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
